Learned Advocate General has placed on record Addendum dated 15/12/2021. The said addendum is acceptable to the Petitioner. The said addendum provides for partial modification of the Notification and the Corrigendum dated 26/11/2021 and st December 2021

6-WP409-21.DOC makes provision for the parking for residents and temporary motorable access for persons with disabilities, serious ailments, pregnant women, patients accessing medical establishments existing prior to 8/10/2021, essential services, emergency services, official government vehicles, vehicles for construction activity required for maintenance of houses. The said addendum is taken on record and marked "X" for the purpose of identification. It is made clear that the consequential actions to the addendum to follow. 2.

The grievance of the Petitioner does not survive in view of the above. The Petition stands disposed of.
