Mr. P. Kamat, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions states that the petitioner has filed an application for review of the Order, which is pending. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition in the event the Order in the review application is adverse to the petitioner.

2. In such circumstances, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as granted above.

3. The Trial Court shall decide the application for review as expeditiously as possible.
