Umesh Chandu Naik And 2 ORS., v. Ulhas Datta Naik And 2 ORS.,
IN THE HIGH COURT OF BOMBAY AT GOA
WRIT PETITION NO. 812 OF 2019 UMESH CHANDU NAIK AND 2 ORS., ... Petitioners
Versus
ULHAS DATTA NAIK AND 2 ORS., ... Respondents Mr. C.A. Coutinho, Advocate for the Petitioners. Coram:- C. V. BHADANG, J.
Date:- 1st October, 2019 P.C.
Mr. Coutinho, the learned Counsel for the petitioners states that the application filed by the respondents, for production of documents, has been dismissed by the learned Trial Court. The only apprehension expressed on behalf of the petitioners was that, on the amendment being allowed, the respondents would claim an opportunity to lead fresh evidence, which in the submission of Mr. Coutinho, the learned Counsel for the petitioners, does not survive now. Admittedly, the amendment does not introduce any new case. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
