Mr. Godinho hands in an application seeking leave to withdraw Second Appeal No.179 of 2012, on the ground that contesting parties have settled their disputes by filing Consent Terms in the Court of Adhoc District Judge-I (FTC), Panaji. Mr. Amar Namdev Naik Govenkar (Appellant No. 1(b)) is present in the Court and also states that he would withdraw this Second Appeal.

3. The application is taken on record and marked as 'X' for 7th March, 2024

4. The withdrawal is not opposed. Even otherwise, case is made out to grant leave.

5. Accordingly, leave is granted to this Court to withdraw Second Appeal No. 179 of 2012 and the Second Appeal is disposed of accordingly.
