The Petitioner has already filed proceedings before the District Magistrate concerning the issue raised in this petition. Learned Advocate General states that the District Magistrate will dispose of the matter within a month from the date of the Petitioner impleading Respondent Nos.4, 5 and 6 as parties. Learned Advocate General states that the District Magistrate will hear all the parties and then decide the matter. 2.

Mr Nachinolkar states that Respondent Nos.4, 5 and 6 will be impleaded as parties within a week from today. He states that steps will also be taken to serve them so that they can appear before the District Magistrate.

We accept the above statements and direct all concerned to act accordingly. We clarify that we have not examined the merits of the matter since, according to us, it would be for the District Magistrate to examine such merits and dispose of the matter in accord with law. 4.

We dispose of the petition in the above terms. There shall be no order for costs.
