Learned Senior Counsel submits that due to the stay granted by this Court on 08.09.2025, of the order dated 04.09.2025, the Respondent was unable to travel abroad pursuant to the modification of the bail conditions granted. He submits that, as and when the Respondent decides to travel abroad he would move a fresh application before the trial Court and seek similar relief. The Court to decide it on its own merits.

3. Considering the statement made by the learned Senior Counsel, the petition obviously has become infructuous and is not pressed for by the Petitioner.
