Shri K. Kerkar, learned Advocate for the respondents placed on record a copy of the Resolution dated 28/03/2018 and submitted that stay has been granted of the demolition proceedings.

2. Shri Godinho, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he would move necessary application for impleading himself in the proceedings i.e. Panchayat Appeal No.36/18/I and directions be issued to dispose off the same.

3. The Director of Panchayat-I is directed to dispose off the

CP/41/2017 appeal within three weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

4. In view thereof, the learned Advocate for the petitioner prays that the Contempt Petition be disposed off.
