1. Registry to waive the office objections and register the matter.

2. Learned Advocate submits that the fine of Rs.2,500/- imposed upon the Petitioner has been deposited before the Sessions Court on 22.02.2024 vide receipt No.031239. The sentence imposed on the Applicant on being convicted for offence under Sections 509 and 447 of IPC was imprisoned till the rising of the Court and to pay the aforementioned fine, which has now been already deposited. In this view of the matter, the question of suspension of sentence does not arise since compliance with the sentence of imprisonment till the rising of the Court is recorded in the Roznama of the Appellate Court dated 15th September, 2025

CRMA 95 of 2025 15.07.2025.

3. However, the order of conviction dated 03.05.2023 passed by the JMFC Bicholim in Criminal Case No.IPC/80/2016/B/C, and confirmed by the Appellate Court (Sessions Court, Mapusa) in Criminal Appeal No.184 of 2023 dated 15.07.2025 shall stand stayed until final disposal of the revision application.

4. The Application stands disposed of.
