Heard Mr. Pereira, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. This is an application for amendment for incorporating an additional ground in the petition. The appeal is not yet admitted. The learned counsel for the respondent opposes the amendment on the ground that the allegations made therein are not correct. As the appeal is not yet admitted, leave to amend granted. Needless to say that all the contentions of both the parties are kept open. Amendment to be carried out within one week.
