Mr. Rodrigues for the Petitioner points out that Respondent No.7, who was operating an ice factory next to the house of the Petitioner, has since expired. He points out that presently, the ice factory is not operational and to that extent, the reliefs in this Petition stand worked out.

Mr. Rodrigues submits that in view of the aforesaid developments, the Petition may be dispose of by granting the Petitioner liberty to file a fresh Petition in case the cause of action revises/resurfaces.

Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the Petitioner as prayed for.
