Heard the learned counsel for the parties. Indisputably the respondent has already put his lock on the premises after three weeks which was the time granted for vacating the premises on the statement of the applicant. The learned counsel for the respondent states that if there are any belongings of the applicant lying in the premises, the applicant can remove them within one week. The respondent has no objection and shall permit removal of the same. With this, nothing survives in the application. The same is disposed off.
