Heard Mr Sardessai, learned Senior Advocate who appears along with Mr S. Fadte for the Petitioners and Mr Rui Gomes Pereira, learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 3 to 6.

2. Mr Pereira, learned counsel for the Respondents based on the instructions states that the Respondents will not alienate the suit property without seeking leave of the trial Court. This statement is made without prejudice to the Respondents' contention that the Petitioners have no right in the suit property. This statement is accepted and this petition is disposed of.

3. The learned counsel for the parties point out that the Regular Civil Suit No.192/2013/A from which the interim orders impugned in this petition arose was instituted in 2013. The recording of the evidence in the suit has commenced.

4. Accordingly, the trial Court is directed to dispose of this suit as expeditiously as possible and in any case within one year from the date the parties file an authenticated copy of this order.

5. The suit will have to be decided on its own merits and in accordance with the law without being influenced by any interim orders including this order. All contentions of all parties are left open for determination by the trial Court.

6. This petition is disposed of in the above terms without any order for costs.
