Considering that the Special Leave Petition No. 37840/2025 in challenge to this Court's Judgment dated 20.12.2024 is pending, wherein the Hon'ble Supreme Court had directed the trial Court to complete the trial but not to pass judgment, the Petitioner now seek leave to withdraw this Petition and have instructions to file an appropriate application for the said relief.

3. In view of the above statement, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
