The learned counsel for the parties state that the parties have amicably resolved their matrimonial dispute. The learned counsel state that the parties have executed terms which have been signed by the both parties. The learned counsel state that both parties are present in the Court, and request that the appeal be disposed of in the terms of consent terms. Accordingly, the consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X'.
2. The decree of divorce granted by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Margao, dated 24 September 2007 is set aside and it is substituted by the consent terms arrived in between the parties. The appeal is disposed of in above terms.
