This is an application for condonation of delay in filing Stamp No. 3193/2019, which is an application for recall of the order dated 29.03.2019. By the said order, one week's time was granted to the applicant, as a last chance, to comply with the office objection, namely, payment of Court fees, failing which, the registration of the Stamp would stand refused. The applicant has failed to comply with the said order, as a result of which, Stamp No. 4098/2018 has been refused.

2. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant shall deposit the amount of Court fee and shall remove all other office objections, during the course of the day. The statement is accepted.

3. On hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant and in the interest of justice, Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 849/2019 and Stamp No. 3193/2019 are allowed, subject to the applicant depositing the Court fees and removing all other office objections, if any and on payment of Rs.5,000/- as costs, with Goa State Legal Services Authority, during the course of the day.

4. The Civil Applications are disposed off in the aforesaid terms.
