1. On 31.08.2021 since there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner we were constrained to make the following order:
"1. None for the petitioner. Stand over to 06.09.2021.
2. It is made clear that if there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioners on the next date, this Court will consider disposing of this petition on its own merits or on the grounds of non-prosecution."
2. Today, when the matter was called out again, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
3. Rather than dismissing the matter today for nonprosecution, we direct that this matter be placed on the Orders Board on 07.02.2022 under 8th February, 2022

4. If, on the next date as well the same position continues we will have no option but to dismiss this petition for non-prosecution.'
