ORAL ORDER By this petition, the petitioner is seeking release on parole for a period of thirty days, on the ground of illness of his mother.

2. The learned Advocate General states that an inquiry has been made and the factum of the mother of the petitioner being ailing has been verified. He, therefore, submits that this Court may pass appropriate order.
