The previous Advocates appearing for the Appellant have already been discharged. There is an endorsement in the Registrar's order dated 20.09.2022 about notice being served upon them prior to discharge.

Though not as a legal requirement but by way of indulgence the Court attempted to send intimation to the Appellant. However, the bailiff reported that the building where the Appellant was stated to be residing was demolished and the same was being reconstructed. 22nd June 2023

The Appellant should have attended the proceedings after the receipt of notice from their previous Advocates. The Appellant has not done so.

Accordingly, this Second Appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. 6.
