The learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent/GCZMA states that on the basis of the report of NCSCM a show cause notice is issued to the respondent no.3 on 19/9/2019. He points out that a copy of the show cause notice is also addressed to the petitioner annexing a copy of the report of the NCSCM. In that view of the matter, Mrs. Alvares, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that the main petition will have to be listed for reporting compliance. In such circumstances, the present application is disposed off.
