2. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant shall produce the documents/furnish the explanation as set out in para 3 of the Order dated 12/6/2019 passed in Writ petition no.1094/2018, before the first respondent by 4/10/2019.

3. The statement so made is accepted.

4. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the time to

MCA/861/2019 produce documents/furnish explanation as aforesaid, is extended till 4/10/2019.
