In response to the notice issued by this Court, the alleged contemnor no. 2, i.e. the Administrator of the Communidade, North Zone, is present in Court. He gives an undertaking to this Court that the main door of the Communidade building shall be opened for the Managing Committee i.e. the Petitioners, so that the Managing Committee can function normally as before.

The said statement is accepted by this Court and the Contempt Petition is disposed of.
