Mr. Ankur Kumar, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, states that the Petitioner's petition before the Human Rights Commission was taken up for consideration in January 2023. After that date, the Commission was not functioning. He pointed out that in November, the Commission has started functioning and the next date on Petitioner's petition is 20.12.2023.

2. This Petition was instituted to seek expedition of the petition bearing no. 115/2022/1033 instituted by the Petitioner before the Commissioner. Accordingly, we request the Commission to dispose of the Petitioner's petition as expeditiously as possible. 12th December, 2023

3. At the above request, this Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
