Mr Bhobe states that Misc. Civil Application No.362/2022 may be disposed of in view of the disposal of Civil Application No.88/2019. Mr Siddharth Nunes, learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.1 and 2, agrees with the above and submits that this Misc. Civil Application may be disposed of.

Accordingly, Misc. Civil Application No.362/2022 is disposed of. Mr Nunes points out that Respondent Nos.1 and 2 have filed Civil Application No.40/2024 which was previously numbered as Misc. Civil Application No.740/2024(F).

Accordingly, place this Civil Application for consideration on 26.04.2024.

Mr Nunes states that a copy of this Civil Application has already been furnished to the learned Counsel for the Appellants. Accordingly, if the Appellants wish to file any reply to this Civil Application, they should do so by 22.04.2024 and give an advance copy to the learned Counsel for the 1st and 2nd Respondents.
