1. The Review Application is filed seeking review of the judgment passed in Second Appeal No.2 of 2020 on 11.07.2025. Heard the Counsel for the Applicant and perused the application. On perusal of the same, in my considered view, no case is made out for review, which has a limited scope and the Court can only indulge when there is an error apparent on the face of record and not that the Court will re-appreciate the finding rendered in the judgment. Perusal of the Review Application and on hearing the Counsel for the Applicant, it is clear that the Applicant wants the case to be re-heard and unfortunately, that not being the scope of review, the Application is dismissed.
