2. The petition is disposed of by consent of parties in the following terms:

(i) The respondent no.2, who is the original complainant and the contesting party, shall file reply to the applications for interim relief filed by the petitioner, if not already filed, which are pending before the Administrative Tribunal, within one week from today. The Tribunal shall decide the applications for interim relief within a period of three weeks thereafter. (ii) In the meantime, no coercive action shall be taken under Section 68A of the Goa Co-operative Societies Act.

WP/985/2018 (iii) Rival contentions of the parties are left open. (iv) In the circumstances, there shall be no order as to costs. C. V. BHADANG, J.
