This is an application under Section 152 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for correction of certain inadvertent errors in the judgment of 21st April 2017 in Second Appeal No. 83 of 2006. 2.

In paragraph 4 of that judgment, on the 27th line the words "the Appellants have put up the building" is to be corrected to read as "Respondents have put up the building".

In the same paragraph on the 37th line, the date of 06.05.2003 is to be corrected to read 06.05.1983.

In paragraph 7 of the judgment, instead of the date of 28.03.1992, the correct date of 20.03.1992 is to be substituted. 5.

Further, the date of 09.04.1984 is to be corrected to read 21.06.1983.

Further, also in paragraph 7 of the judgment, the date of 09.04.1983 is to be corrected to read 04.07.1983. 7.

In that very paragraph the words "deed of succession" are to be corrected to read "deed of sale" and the date of sale deed to be corrected to read 04.07.1983 instead of 09.04.1984. 8.

Again in paragraph 7, in the 17th line, the date of 28.10.1991 is to be corrected to read 20.03.1992 and the date of 09.04.1984 is to be corrected to read 04.07.1983 in relation to the deed of sale. 9.

In paragraph 7 at the 28th line, the words "purchased by Respondent No 5" are to be corrected to read "purchased by Respondent No 4."

In paragraph 9, the date of the deed of rectification is to be corrected from 20.03.1992 to 03.04.1991.

Similarly, the date of the deed of sale in that paragraph is to be corrected from 06.05.1983 to 20.03.1992.

In the 17th line of paragraph 9, the reference to the date of deed of sale 06.04.1981 is to be corrected to read 06.02.1981. 13.

Corrections to be carried out on production of an authenticated copy of this order. The certified copy of the 21st April 2017 order is to be issued with the necessary corrections as indicated above.
