2. It is obvious that an inadvertent error has cropped up into

MCA/851/2019 paragraph 12 of the judgment and order dated 21.08.2019. The significant word "not" is missing in the second sentence of paragraph 12.

3. Accordingly, the paragraph 12 is now substituted by the following paragraph:

"From the material placed on record, we find that the site is presently used for some sports activities like football, etc. As long as such sport activities are organized and held on not some commercial basis or on some massive scale, we do not think that it is appropriate to stop them. However, we make it clear that the Panchayat or for that matter any of the respondents should not employ heavy machinery or mechanical devices so as to adversely affect the ecology at the site."

4. Necessary correction to be carried out in the original order as well as the order to be uploaded on the website.

5. The application for speaking to the minutes is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
