Heard Mr. Ryan Menezes, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and Shri Lotlikar, learned Advocate General appearing for the respondents.

After hearing the matter for some time, Shri S.D.Lotlikar, learned Advocate General makes a statement that the respondent no.2 shall revoke the memorandum dated 24th September, 2014 and issue a letter of appointment to the petitioner to the subject post within two weeks from today provided all other formalities are complied with in accordance with law. Accepting the said statement, Rule stands disposed of accordingly.
