The Respondents point out that pursuant to the impugned order dated 25 February 2016 an entry has already been carried out. 2.
It is settled position that such entries, which are meant for fiscal purpose, confer no title and the question of title has to be adjudicated in the Civil Court. We are informed that parties are already in Civil Court in respect of their substantive rights. Therefore, even if an entry is carried out pursuant to the impugned
vinita 2 WP 621-17 dt -4.10.18 order, as far as substantive rights of the parties are concerned, it will have no effect whatsoever.
