1. This is an application for an extension of the Arbitral proceedings under Section 29(A) (4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for a period of 6 months.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent fairly submits that he has no objection for its extension.

3. It is reported that the matter is at the final stage since the arguments are already concluded.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, mandate of the 14th November, 2024

MCA 445 of 2024 Arbitrator is extended by a period of 6 months from 05/10/2024.
