This is an application for withdrawal of an amount of `5,00,000/- from that deposited by the respondent in the Court. The grounds urged by the applicant are that on account of his permanent disability he is unable to make his earnings and that he is totally dependent on his wife who is an Anganwadi

worker and that he has two daughters to maintain who are pursuing their higher education. In view thereof, application is allowed. The applicant is allowed to withdraw the amount.
