Heard Mr. B. Sardessai, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. Though the petitioner preferred a revision before the Revisional Authority, it is sought to be contended that the revision itself was not maintainable. On the question whether this ground was raised, it was contended by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that though the grounds were raised no arguments on that count were advanced or considered by the learned Revisional Authority. In such circumstances, the question of allowing the petition on the grounds raised in the petition which were not raised before the Revisional Authority

WP/1010/2016 would not at all be justified. There is no case made out by the petitioner for interference by this Court in the impugned order considering the reliefs considered under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. The petition stands accordingly rejected. F. M. REIS, J.
