This is an application for withdrawal of the amount by the applicant-wife. The amount has been deposited in pursuance of the order dated 13.08.2019 and it is towards maintenance.

2. Mr. Bhobe, the learned Counsel has opposed the prayer for release of the amount.

3. However, considering the fact that the amount is towards part of the maintenance which the respondent has deposited before this Court, the application is allowed. The amount deposited before this Court along with interest, if any, shall be released in

MCA/853/2019 favour of the applicant.
