2. This is an application for deposit of the rent.

3. The learned Counsel for the respondent has opposed the same on the ground that the eviction of the petitioner is sought also on the ground of the arrears of rent.

4. It is obvious that the deposit of rent by the applicant, if any, shall be without prejudice to the rival contentions of the parties in this case. Subject to this, the application is allowed. The applicant is allowed to deposit the arrears of rent before this

MCA/1057/2018 Court upto 30.09.2019 within one month from today. The applicant shall continue to deposit the monthly rent before this Court on or before the 7th of each English calendar month.
