2. According to us, no case is made out for modification of order dated 14th June, 2019 particularly on the aspect of furnish of bank guarantee by the Applicant for release of JCB. Merely because the Applicant will have to pay some amounts to the Bank for securing bank guarantee is not a ground to modify our order dated 14th June, 2019.

3. On our query as to why the Secretary (Mines) has not disposed of the Applicant's revision application, Ms. Razaq states that the Applicant had raised objection to the Secretary taking up the revision application. She, on instructions states, that now, the Minister (Mines) will take up the revision application and dispose of the same within three months from today. This statement is accepted.
