Heard Mr. Desai, learned Counsel for the Applicant. The contentions are, once the Respondent-Accused has admitted the signature on the cheque, the Court below erred in acquitting the Accused merely on the ground that the Applicant has failed to establish the payment of amount of 1,20,000/- ₹ in cash.
