Having heard the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant and for the reasons stated in the above Civil Revision Application, the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) dated 18 November, 2022, is hereby set aside. The office objections in the above captioned Writ Petition shall be removed within a period of one week from today, failing which, the above Civil Revision Application shall stand dismissed without any further reference to the Court.
