Mr. Noorani, learned counsel for the Petitioners states that the relief in this petition stands worked out now that the State has issued a Notification dated 05.01.2022 providing for an action plan to combat noise pollution. Besides, in some other petitions, we have recorded the statement made on behalf of the State and the Pollution Control Board about the measures taken by them to combat noise pollution. 2.

Mr. Noorani states that the grievances in this petition stand substantially addressed and therefore, the petition may be disposed of. st December 2022
