Mr Salkar, learned Standing Counsel representing South Goa Planning and Development Authority on instructions makes a statement that order passed by the District Court, South Goa at Margao in Civil Appeal No.1 of 2021, recording that the change of zone from Institutional to commercial C-2 is not reflected in the Outline Development Plan(ODP) on account of cartographical error.

2. The statement made to the aforesaid effect is accepted, and we expect respondent no.3 to implement the order by conveying a meeting and in any case not beyond the period of four weeks from today pursue the decision taken, since it is informed that approval shall be 25th March, 2025

WP 791 of 2024 forwarded to Goa Town and Country Board.

3. We expect the Goa Town and Country Planning Board to implement the recommendations of respondent no. 3 within a period of four weeks thereafter.
