1) Mr. Ganbavale, the learned Counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners restrict the present petition to prayer clause (B) and does not press it for prayer clause (C).
2) By the impugned Order dated 25th August, 2011, respondent No.3 had called upon the petitioners to comply with certain requisitions for the purpose of granting permissions to them for undertaking admissions during the Academic Year 2012-13. By the interim order dated 25th October, 2011, this
WP/632/2011 Court permitted the petitioners to admit students to B.A.M.S. Mr. Amonkar, the learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for respondent nos.1 to 3 states that the petitioners have, since, complied with all the conditions required for permission under Section 13(C) of the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970. The petitioners have annexed the report of the compliance to the additional affidavit filed by them.
3) In the above circumstances, the petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Needless to mention that in view thereof the endorsements made on the Certificates issued to the students of pendency of the present petition shall be of no consequence and the same may be deleted.
