2. The learned counsel for the applicant has filed a precipe for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 27/9/2017 passed in Criminal Writ Petition no.150 of 2017.
3. In para 10 this Court has observed that the history given by the applicant is that the injuries are self inflicted. The learned counsel for the applicant points out that the history was so recorded as narrated by the friend. Accordingly the relevant portion of para 10 shall read that "history as given by the friend of the petitioner is that the injuries are self inflicted." The order
CRMA/260/2017 shall be corrected accordingly. Needless to mention that the observations in the order are of a prima facie nature and shall not be binding at the trial of the case. The application is accordingly disposed off.
