1. Registry to waive office objections and register the matter.

2. On instructions, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this appeal, stating that in the meantime, the Maha RERA which is the Appellate Authority has granted a stay against the order of Goa RERA dated 16.09.2025 on the deposit of an amount of Rs.4,99,405/- with interest at the rate of 30% along with penalty of Rs.1,50,000/-. It is submitted that the amount, mentioned in the order of Maha RERA dated 16.09.2025, has since been deposited, consequent upon which this petition would be rendered infructuous. 10th October, 2025

3. The party in person Mr. Joseph Rodrigues (Respondent No.3), submits that the interim order dated 11.09.2025 of this Court has not been informed to the Maha RERA when obtaining an order of stay, which is disputed by the Petitioner.

4. Considering that the petition itself has become infructuous since the appeal is now pending before Maha RERA, the same is dismissed as withdrawn.
