2. This is an application for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondent no.19 on record along with an application for condonation of delay of 245 days in filing the application. A notice was issued to the proposed legal representatives on 17/07/2015. Inspite of service there was no appearance. On 21/08/2015 a further opportunity was granted to the legal representatives to put in the appearance. However, till today the legal representatives have not chosen to put in appearance or to oppose the application.

3. Having heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and for

MCA/3/2015 reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The delay in filing the application for bringing the legal representatives is hereby condoned. The prayer for permission to bring the legal representatives also stands granted. Necessary incorporation /amendment shall be effected within a period of one week. C. V. BHADANG, J.
