Tis civil application seeks a stay on the impugned judgment and decree dated 04.09.2017 by which some of the 21st DECEMBER 2023

4-CA-237-17.DOC respondents have been declared to be the owners of the suit property. Mr Sawant submits that based on the impugned decree, it is possible that those respondents apply for mutation. Ms Linhares however submits that as of date no mutation is applied for and no notice has been received by the respondents about any mutation.

Accordingly, this application is disposed of by granting the applicants/appellants liberty to reapply for interim relief, in case any application is made for mutation in the survey records. 4.
