Heard Shri S.R. Rivankar, the learned Counsel for the petitioners and Shri A.D. Bhobe, the learned Counsel for the respondent, who is the original plaintiff.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners states that suit no.106/2010 out of which the present Writ Petition arises is already fixed for evidence. The learned Counsel, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the petition with a request for expediting the suit.
3. The learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection for the same.
