2. This is an application for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 9/9/2019. Mr. D'Costa, the learned Senior Counsel for the respondents in the present application (the original appellant) does not dispute that the claim of the respondents before the Inventory Court is that the assets cannot be removed from the list of assets and what the respondents in the present application (the

MCA/864/2019 original appellant) are essentially claiming is reduction and not collation. The order dated 9/9/2019 shall stand according clarified.
