This petition challenges the orders dated 29.01.2001, 20.09.2017 and 26.03.2018 made by the Mamlatdar and Tribunal. 2.

During the pendency of this petition, a report was called from the Mamlatdar of Ponda and the Administrator of Devalaya. The report is on record and the same states that the order dated 29.01.2001 made by the Mamlatdar was enforced which according to the learned counsel means was complied with.

Be that as it may, Mr Agni, learned counsel for the Petitioner points out that during the pendency of this petition, the services of Mr Mayur Sawant have been discontinued vide order dated 10.07.2022. Therefore, at least the reliefs in this petition, have been rendered infructuous. This is without prejudice to the rights, if any, of the said Mr Mayur Sawant to challenge or to take steps concerning the order dated 10.07.2022.

Therefore, this petition is disposed of without entering into the merits of the controversy between the parties. M. S. SONAK, J.
