This is an application for bringing the legal representatives of deceased appellant no.1 on record. The appellant no.1 has died on 15.11.2013, while this application is filed on 10.12.2014.

2. It is however submitted that the appellant nos.2 and 3, who are the sons of deceased appellant no.1, are already on record. As such, the appeal would not abate, insofar as, the appellant no.1 is concerned.

3. On hearing the learned Counsel for the applicants and for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks.
