This is an application for bringing LRs of deceased respondent no.1 on record who has died on 8.4.2017. It is submitted that the right to sue survives as against the legal representatives of deceased respondent no.1. Since the wife of the deceased is already on record, the applicants are permitted to amend the cause title by impleading the names of LRs. of deceased respondent no.1 to implead as party. Necessary amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Issue notice to the proposed LRs. of deceased respondent no.1, returnable on 13.11.2017.
