This is an application seeking an early hearing of the Appeal. It is stated that the applicant/appellant is a senior citizen, aged 70 years. A copy of the Aadhaar Card of the applicant is placed on record in support of the above assertion. 2.

Considering that this is an Appeal of the year 2012 and the fact that the applicant is a senior citizen, the present Application deserves to be allowed.
